A: No! We are not affiliated whatsoever with Topps Company, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or parent companies. We are a third party company that runs a network of traders and sells cards to those interested in filling in their collections.
Q: Do I have to do anything to get my reward points?
A: Absolutely not. Once your order is complete, your reward points are automatically applied to your account!
Q: Do I have to be registered to get reward points?
A: Yes - or you can register after you place an order. We need to keep track of how many points you have, so therefore you need to be registered in order to accumulate and/or spend them. If you checked out as a guest and then registered at a later time and want to have your points applied, please just contact us and we will do so!
Q: I made an offer 5 minutes ago and no one has replied to it. Why?
A: We are humans! Well... most of us. It may take a little time to either get to or evaluate your offer. Keep in mind that there may also be several offers for the same item. Additionally, if the card has just released, it could take longer to receive a response to your offer. We will reply to your offer(s) generally during Eastern Daylight Hours.
Q: I just ordered cards. When will I receive the trades for them?
A: As opposed to offers, we offer card delivery 24/7! Yeah, no kidding. Depending on card delivery backlog and the size of your order, card delivery time is generally within 15-60 minutes. If everything is running smoothly, you will get it within 5. It just depends on the state of our delivery minions.
Q: Do you buy cards?
A: At this time we do not buy cards from individuals. You may contact us if you are a supplier. We may be able to work out a deal.
Q: Do you actually have the card I am ordering?
A: YES. We have the card(s) that you are ordering ready to deliver. We do not pre-sell cards and then attempt to acquire them.
